The Range

Class, finesse, sophistication – what more could you want in your cider? The St Ronan’s Methode Traditionelle or MT, presented in a 750 ml bottle complete with cork and cage is perfect for celebrating a special occasion.

Not only a talking point but a tasty little beverage in the glass too, St Ronan’s MT cider is produced using the labour-intensive methods employed by the French in the production of their most famous sparkling export.

As with Champagne production, St Ronan’s MT cider undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle. The six months the cider spends on lees delivers a creamy texture and fine structure to this most sophisticated of ciders. Hand riddling and disgorging before the addition of dosage confirms this is no ordinary cider.

Complexity, texture and sheer drinkability are on offer with these ciders, which are also great mates with food. Pair the Apple MT Cider with charcuterie or canapés or let the Pear MT Cider, with its slight natural sweetness, spice and floral notes work its magic with cheese at the end of the meal and you can’t go wrong.

Looking for something to grab and go? You can’t beat a few of the apple cider stubbies to share with mates. This is real Australian cider, there’s no added water, sugars or concentrates, and it’s gluten free at a cheeky 5.4% alc. vol
